What happens once I send my contact form in?

Once I receive your information I will respond with a quote with the price for your custom item without shipping and handling included. You will then have the option if you would like to proceed forward or not. If you would like to proceed forward there will be a deposit that must be paid before production starts which will be sent by invoice. This deposit will be 50% of the total price of your invoice. Do I have to pay full price up front?

No, but there is a non-refundable deposit due before production starts. This deposit will be 50% of your total invoice. Not including shipping and handling.

Is my deposit refundable?

No, your deposit is non-refundable due to the time and money that will go into creating your UMD.

When and how do I pay for my shipping and handling?

There will be a separate invoice sent for shipping and handling at the end of production.

Do I have to come up with my own abstract design for my UMD product?

No, if there is a certain abstract design you do not want or you do want for your UMD product, please specify. Otherwise, I will allow the Holy Spirit to lead and guide me in the creativity.

How will I know when my UMD order is shipped?

An email with a tracking number will be sent once your UMD is completed and shipped.

How does the pricing work with UMD?

The price for custom UMD will differ depending on the size, embellishments used, and how many colors you choose. On your estimate/quote will be the pricing of all add-ons. From there you can decide what you would like to keep or remove from your UMD order. If there is a removal or add-on after the first initial quote there will be a new quote emailed to you. You can also find a price list for each UMD custom product on this page.

How do I choose the size and kind of photo frame for my UMD order?

All photo frames will be wooden and of good quality with diverse looks. There will be an email sent to you with multiple frames to choose from. The size you choose should be added to your contact form. If there is a specific frame you would like to use add that to the "Additional Information" section on your contact form.

How do I choose the canvas for my UMD order?

Canvas differ in length and width. Some are thin, while others are thick in height. There will be an email sent to you with multiple sizes with different angles to choose from so there will be no confusion.

What are UMD orders production days?

Production days for custom UMD are Monday - Thursday ONLY. No UMD will be worked on before or after those days. You are welcomed to put your order in any time and any day.

How long does production take before shipping?

The finish production for your custom UMD is completed within a 1 week to a month span from the start time of your production depending on the UMD product you customize. This time span gives room for the proper curing before shipping. Art paintings tend to take longer in time for complete curing.

How do I approve my custom UMD order before shipping?

At the end of production I will send you an email with images from every angle to get your approval. Once I have your approval your UMD will be shipped if final payments have been taken care of.

What happens if I am not satisfied with my custom UMD order after final approval?

If you are not satisfied with your UMD after looking at the images, email carlnikahooksexpand@gmail.com. From there I will do my best to fix the problem, or create you a new UMD without additional cost depending on the problem. If you are still not satisfied after you have paid your invoice in full, you will get 50% of the total price returned to you.

What happens if I am not satisfied with my custom UMD order once I receive it in the mail?

If you would like to return your UMD because of dissatisfaction you will receive a partial refund as stated in the non-refundable deposit. I will send you a return address, and a partial refund will be given to you once I receive your UMD back in the same condition you received it. No refunds will be given after 7 days of you receiving your UMD. ️If you are not satisfied with your UMD and would like another one created, email carlnikahooksexpand@gmail.com.

What happens if my custom UMD order get damaged in the mail?

If your UMD gets damaged while being shipped, email carlnikahooksexpand@gmail.com with images. I will then start production on another UMD for you without additional cost if you so desire. If you desire a refund instead, a partial refund will be given to you. No refunds will be given after 7 days of you receiving your item.

Can you create two identical UMD products?

No, when working with abstract paintings, and resin projects it is extremely difficult to recreate an identical UMD product.
